INORI  いのり

世界の仏塔などからインスパイアされ、日本の陶磁器製作の最高峰である九州の有田で製作しました手元供養商品です。

その形からはオリエンタルな雰囲気も感じられ、手を合わせたようにも見える形状からINORI(いのり)と名前をつけました。

緻密な手作業で作り上げたこのINORI(いのり)はお骨壺のようなイメージを払拭するもので、手元供養としての用途だけではなくお香を入れたりしてお部屋に飾っても美しい存在感を放ちます。

Arita-yaki porcelain ware began in the early 17th century, when Toyotomi Hideyoshi brought Korean potters back to Japan during his invasion of Korea, and the Nabeshima clan leader discovered ceramic stones for making porcelain in the Arita area.

In the latter half of the 17th century, Ko-Imari, with its opulent color painting unique to Japan reflecting the Genroku culture, and Kakiemon style, characterized by its white base and bold spaces, were created and exported to Europe, which swept the world, as well as Europe.

The various techniques, production, painting, and firing that have been handed down over the past 400 years, as well as the unique designs, are still highly regarded today as the best porcelain in Japan.
